Are you asking how to loop a section of the video vs. repeating the whole video?
If you’re wanting to loop a section, just click the “AB” in the lower right hand section of the video player…that will open up a second play bar where you can drag the in and out points to the section you want to repeat. Alternatively, you can press the “I” key to set your in point and the “O” key to set your out point…as long as your play cursor is between the two points, your playback will return to to the in point you set when it hits the out point you set.
