Hello Forum Visitors, This week marks my Favorite Holiday St. Patrick’s Day on Tuesday March 17th. Time to dust off those Celtic tunes and Rosin up the bow for this special holiday. I always enjoy it because I usually get to perform many of the Celtic Tunes I’ve learned over the years. If you need some inspiration check out some of Hanneke’s Tunes on FiddleVideo. She has some trad tunes and some beautiful original compositions rooted in her love of Scottish Music. So play on and here is a challenge, post what your favorite Celtic tune is.
One of my all time favorites is Tripping Down Stairs ( Starts at 3:43) Here is a youtube of: Claire Mann & Aaron Jones playing Tripping down the stairs which is preceded by two other hot tunes. tripping starts at 3:43. Enjoy. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jD9R_LMszUs
