Johsefin’s Dopvals (Josafin’s Waltz)
Johsefin's Dopvals was composed by Roger Tallroth, the guitar player of the Swedish band, Väsen. The tune has gained popularity in the United States under the title Josafin's Waltz or Josafin's Baptism Waltz. The original version by Väsen is in the key of F, and the Americanized version is generally played in the key of G. Casey Willis combines both keys in this performance and lesson...and plays some twin fiddle as well.
